Information About Revocation
Right of Revocation
You have the right to cancel this agreement within 30 days without giving any reason.
The revocation period is 30 days from the date:

  • On which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods under a single order and they were delivered together;

  • On which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the last goods, provided you ordered multiple goods under a single order and they were delivered separately.

To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this agreement. You can contact us via email: SUPPORT@YOURSHOP.
You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising the right of revocation before the revocation period expires.

Consequences of Revocation
If you cancel this agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 30 days after receiving your notice of cancellation.
We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will this refund incur additional costs for you.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the date you informed us of the cancellation. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 30-day period expires.
The direct cost of returning the goods is at your expense.
You are only liable for the diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions and Expiry of the Right of Revocation
The right of revocation does not apply to agreements:

  • For the supply of goods that are not pre-fabricated and which are made based on the consumer’s individual choice or decision;

  • For the supply of goods that are perishable or have a limited shelf life;

  • For the supply of alcoholic beverages where the price was agreed upon in the contract, but the delivery may not take place until at least 30 days after the contract was concluded, and the value of which is subject to market fluctuations;

  • For the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, excluding subscriptions.

The right of revocation expires early in the case of agreements:

  • For the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if the seal is broken after delivery;

  • For the supply of goods that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;

  • For the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging, if the seal is broken after delivery.
